Cybersecurity Consultancy

To supplement the Board Level Cybersecurity course IT Security Locksmith provides Cybersecurity Consultancy. We have extensive experience in cybersecurity and can help from establishing an IT Security function through to maturing existing cybersecurity processes.

To ensure our success our engagements have two distinct steps: Initial Consultancy and Follow-on Consultancy.

Initial Consultancy

During the Initial Consultancy (that generally takes days) we will carry out a 'light touch' fieldwork exercise with key stakeholders to help define a workable overall deliverable, an agreed approach that breaks the problem down into individual objectives and the evidence required to demonstrate closure. Finally the Initial Consultancy report is issued that details the scope of the problem, a defined and agreed approach for addressing it and high-level plan.

Follow-on Consultancy

The Follow-on Consultancy usually takes longer to execute and depends on the requirements, number of stakeholders and the complexity of the environment. We will carry out more extensive fieldwork with key stakeholders to add more detail to the deliverables, document a guiding roadmap and work through delivery of the objectives based on the timeframes agreed. Once all objectives have been achieved the final Consultancy report is published that provides an executive summary, details on the objectives, what was done as evidence for closure. All costs and payment milestones are agreed up front and fixed to provide you with confidence that the amount quoted is the amount charged.

Cryptanalysis services

There are some parts of cybersecurity that we thoroughly enjoy and here are three of the best:
