Free digital operational resilience webinars
A series of free digital operational resilience webinars being conducted in July 2024 by IT Security Locksmith
During July IT Security Locksmith will be running a series of free 1-hour webinars on the EU Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA) for financial services firms and their critical service providers.
Spaces are limited so be quick and register today by emailing us. Please let us know if your company is in scope for DORA, a financial services firm or supplier to financial institutions. This will help prioritise your place.
The sessions are all 1 hour long and have been scheduled for morning, noon and afternoon on different days to accommodate most scheduling requirements.
- Friday lunchtime - 12th July 2024 at 12 noon
- Tuesday morning - 16th July 2024 at 10 am
- Wednesday afternoon - 17th July 2024 at 1:30 pm
The webinars are designed to provide a high-level overview of the EU Digital Operational Resilience Act, who the key regulators and authorities are and the important dates to be aware of. We will be covering the who, what, when, where and the why.
We will also very briefly touch on ICT risk management, regulatory reporting, digital operational resilience testing, intelligence sharing and third-party risk management.
You may have been told that you are already compliant because you have very good Business Continuity Planning, ISO27001 or NIST Cyber Security Framework. During the seminar we will share with you five governance questions to challenge that assertion and make you re-think your approach. But be quick you have until the 17th January 2025 to be compliant. If you are unable to be compliant we would recommend you at least get a plan together and start making it happen.
Finally, we will wrap up with supporting services that IT Security Locksmith offer and a Q&A session.
